Owning the Lostness of Your City
Even if we had 100 percent of our people living on mission 100 percent of the time, they would still be overwhelmed by the magnitude of the task of fulfilling the Great Commission in our lifetime. How do we solve this problem? We stand shoulder to shoulder as churches and leaders and own the lostness of our city together. Our Mission: Multiply disciples so that every man, woman, and child has repeated opportunities to see, hear, and respond to the hope of Jesus.

The churches of Indy Collective, believe this is not how our city should be. We unite churches across Indianapolis, empowering them to collaborate so that every man, woman, and child has repeated opportunities to see, hear, and respond to the Good News.

We are a growing network of churches united by a bold vision: to see the Gospel transform every neighborhood in Indianapolis. We're more than just a partnership – we're a movement of believers who know that reaching our city requires us to work as one Church. By sharing resources, strategies, and stories, we're helping each other bring the love of Jesus to every street, neighborhood, workplace, and community in Indianapolis. Our unity isn't just about working together; it's about showing our city what God's love looks like in action.
As believers and church leaders ourselves, we're walking in your shoes. We know what it's like to look at the size of our city and feel overwhelmed by the task of reaching so many people. Maybe you've felt the strain of limited resources, wondered if your efforts are making a difference, or wished you had partners in reaching your community. These challenges are real, but they don't have to be faced alone. That's why we're building a community of churches that support each other, learn from each other, and celebrate together as we see God move across Indianapolis.

A Kingdom movement depends on the Holy Spirit
using ordinary people to spread the Gospel.
The numbers should hit us right in the heart: 7 out of 10 people in Indianapolis don't know the life-changing love of Jesus. This means hundreds of thousands of our friends, family, and neighbors are living without hope, purpose, and the transformative power of the Gospel. No single church, working alone, can reach them all. In fact, if we continue with our current isolated approaches, the decline will continue.
At Indy Collective, we're driven by the vision of Gospel Saturation - ensuring that every person in Indianapolis has repeated opportunities to see, hear, and respond to the Good News of Jesus Christ. We know that transformation happens when the whole Church works together. When churches collaborate rather than compete, when resources are shared rather than scattered, when strategies are unified rather than fragmented - that's when we see entire communities changed by the power of the Gospel.
We achieve this through four key approaches:

Our approach is rooted in the belief that the local church is the force of equipping disciple-makers to reach the world with the hope of Jesus. But here's the truth: the task is too big for any one church. Together, however, we can blanket our city with the Gospel, ensuring that every man, woman, and child has multiple opportunities to encounter Christ through His people.
The question isn't whether God can transform our city - we know He can and will. The question is: will we join together to be part of His plan? Will we set aside our secondary differences for the sake of those who don't know Him? Will we combine our resources, unite our efforts, and work as one Church to reach our city?
